Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Federal Account Executive to scale our footprint across HHS HQ and CMS/CDC. You will lead high‑visibility federal deals, modernizing legacy IT and security footprints with Elastic's AI-powered search, log analytics, SIEM, and observability offerings.

You will engage agency leaders, enterprise architects, and procurement teams to drive land-and-expand strategies, navigate GSA/NASA SEWP pathways, and displace legacy vendors while building durable

Qualifications

• Proven track record of multi‑million deal closures.
• Direct experience selling into CMS/CDC or HHS HQ.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Search, Log Analytics, Security/SIEM, APM, Observability.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Adoption: Expand the adoption of Elastic's Search AI, Security, and Observability solutions across key HHS health operating divisions.
• Capitalize on Competitive Displacements: Execute land-and-expand strategies to replace legacy SIEM and monitoring providers.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor: Work with agency leaders and CIO/CISO/CDO teams to solve mission challenges with AI-powered search and analytics.
• Execute Complex FedCiv Sales Cycles: Navigate federal procurement pathways and manage matrixed sales pursuits from lead to close.
• Champion the Elastic Model: Articulate value of commercial features and cloud offerings while leveraging open-source roots.
• Build Ecosystem Coalitions: Develop territory plans with SI partners, VARs, cloud partners, and federal programs.
