Job summary

Elastic is seeking a dynamic Federal Account Executive to grow our presence within the U.S. Department of the Treasury and key sub-agencies.

You will lead high-visibility pursuits, modernize legacy IT and security footprints, and drive adoption of AI-powered search, log analytics, SIEM, and observability across Treasury ecosystems. You will collaborate with agency leaders, architects, and procurement teams to close multi-million-dollar deals, leveraging Elastic open-source roots and cloud

Qualifications

• Quota overachievement in Federal Civilian (FedCiv) sales.
• Direct experience selling into The Department of the Treasury and/or IRS with established agency relationships.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Search, Log Analytics, Security/SIEM, APM, Observability and Cloud architectures.
• Able to navigate both technical teams and senior decision-makers.
• Proven pipeline management and Salesforce forecasting discipline.

Responsibilities

• Expand adoption of Elastic’s Search AI, Security, and Observability within Treasury and IRS.
• Execute land-and-expand to replace legacy SIEM/monitoring providers.
• Engage agency leaders, enterprise architects, and CISO/CIO teams to solve mission challenges with AI-powered search and analytics.
• Lead complex FedCiv sales cycles and manage end-to-end deals.
• Articulate the value of Elastic commercial features and cloud offerings to customers.
• Develop territory plans with SI, VARs, cloud partners, and federal channel programs.
