Job summary
Elastic is seeking a Federal Civilian Solutions Architect to act as the primary technical strategist for Federal Civilian accounts. You will map agency requirements to the Elastic Stack, lead technical engagements across the sales lifecycle, and advise product teams on federal needs from DMVs to agency CIOs.
You will influence technical decisions, design AI-enabled architectures, and collaborate with partners to win complex federal opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on mission impact
Qualifications
- 4+ years as a Solutions Architect, Systems Engineer, or Technical Presales in enterprise software or federal space.
- Familiarity with federal mission areas and ability to articulate ROI of modernization.
- Ability to influence technical decision-makers and executives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Mission Strategist and drive territory strategy from discovery to technical win.
- Architect value-driven solutions aligning agency goals with Elastic offerings.
- Build executive and technical trust across customer leadership levels.
- Drive demonstrations, tailored POCs, and architectural prototypes.
- Collaborate with FSIs, VARs, and strategic partners on account plans.
- Advocate for federal requirements to Elastic product management and engineering.
- Represent Elastic at regional public sector events and user groups.
