ServiceNow seeks an Advisory Solution Consultant for the Federal defense team. You will be the technical expert and trusted advisor on Security engagements with DoD and Federal System Integrators, guiding deals from discovery through proof of value.

You will lead technical discovery, deliver demos of AI-driven visibility across IT/IoT/OT, and design proof-of-value engagements in live federal environments, collaborating with Sales to close opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
• Experience with Federal/DoD customers.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to business impact for executives and technical audiences.
• Knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity solutions and compliance frameworks (NIST, FedRAMP, CMMC).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery for Federal customers; map ServiceNow Security solutions to outcomes.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and deep dives showing AI-driven security visibility.
• Design, deploy, and manage proof-of-value engagements in live federal environments.
• Partner with Sales to guide opportunities from qualification through close; provide technical credibility.
• Support marketing and sales activities; share battle-tested assets with teams.
• Provide feedback to product management on federal customer requirements and gaps.
