ServiceNow is seeking an Advisory Solution Consultant for our Federal defense team. You will be the technical expert and trusted advisor on strategic ServiceNow Security engagements, supporting DoD and Federal System Integrator prospects to demonstrate value and operational impact.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, to build credibility with federal customers.
• Exposure to AI and machine learning in a security context, AI-driven detection and analytics.
• Technical depth in Linux, virtualization, cloud platforms, and Python scripting.
• Ownership mindset; comfortable taking full responsibility for deal success in federal sales cycles.
• 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or related cybersecurity/IT ops experience.
• Background in IT/IoT/OT security, critical infrastructure, or utility networks.
• Knowledge of CMMC, FedRAMP, NIST, STIG, CSfC, or other federal compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical expert and trusted advisor on ServiceNow Security engagements for Federal defense teams.
• Support DoD and Federal System Integrator prospects in demonstrating value of ServiceNow Security solutions.
• Lead technical discovery and map security solutions to customer outcomes; tailor product demos and deep dives.
• Guide deals from discovery through value proof, highlighting AI-driven visibility and security posture improvements.
• Deliver live PoV engagements in federal environments from data collection to analytics validation.
• Partner with Sales to navigate complex opportunities with technical credibility and strategic positioning.
