Qualifications

• 5+ years of Federal sales experience.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• Residency in or ability to travel frequently to the DC Metro area, Kansas City, or Fort Collins.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year strategic account plan that aligns with the USDA’s mission outcomes and budget cycles.
• Drive aggressive revenue growth across Cisco’s portfolio, including Enterprise Networking, Security, Collaboration, Observability, and Hybrid Cloud.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams, including Pre-sales Engineering, Customer Experience (CX), and channel partners, to deliver holistic, mission-ready solutions.
• Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and C-suite leadership across USDA bureaus.
• Manage complex procurement cycles, providing the executive presence required to defend our position against aggressive competition and maintain long-term incumbency.
