Job summary

Dataminr is seeking an Account Executive for Federal Civilian (VA, DHHS) to drive new business and expand our footprint with federal agencies. This quota-carrying role focuses on the VA and related agencies, building trusted relationships and translating mission needs into Dataminr solutions while navigating the federal procurement lifecycle.

This role is US remote with domestic travel up to 25%. You will partner with internal teams to onboard customers, design usage plans, manage a long-cycle

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of Federal sales experience.
• Experience selling technology or SaaS solutions to federal agencies.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel domestically ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic, consultative relationships with Federal stakeholders to understand goals and integrate Dataminr into workflows.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver onboarding, training, and usage plans tailored for each customer.
• Drive growth strategies to increase user adoption, retention, and revenue in existing accounts.
• Manage opportunity pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to management.
• Attain quarterly bookings and renewal/expansion targets.
