Job summary

Dataminr seeks an Account Executive, FED CIV in the DC area to drive new business and expand the Dataminr footprint with VA and related agencies. You will translate mission-critical needs into tech solutions, navigating the federal acquisition lifecycle and managing a long-cycle pipeline.

You bring a proven federal sales track record, the ability to close multi-year contracts, and strong communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders across agencies. Domestic travel is anticipated.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of Federal sales experience, selling technology or SaaS solutions.
• Proven track record of closing multi-year federal contracts.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic, consultative relationships with Federal stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver onboarding and usage plans.
• Develop and manage growth strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue.
• Manage opportunity pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
• Attain quarterly bookings, on-time renewals, and expansions.
• Increase penetration through existing portfolio and new offers.
