The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level path designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18-24 months. The program emphasizes grow-from-within, leadership, and sales to large commercial customers in Ohio.

You will work 44 hours per week, including evenings/weekends, gaining across operations, customer service, and strategic planning. Upon completion, an Assistant Store Manager track awaits and many advancement opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum requirements include being 18+ years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must have at least a bachelor’s degree by program start.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have meets expectations rating.
• Complete HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

Responsabilidades

• Lead alongside store management to oversee a million-dollar business.
• Develop and implement store strategies for growth and profitability.
• Provide leadership in customer service, sales, and operations.
• Build knowledge of all products to guide customer recommendations.
• Maintain store condition, merchandising, and promotional displays.
• Participate in training to prepare for Store Manager role.
• Assist in outside sales calls to expand market share.
