Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level path designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18-24 months. You will develop leadership, sales, and operations expertise while supporting a million-dollar store and learning all aspects of the business.

Upon successful completion, you can advance to an Assistant Store Manager position. The program may require evenings/weekends and relocation for future opportunities.

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in academic or work settings.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
