The Sherwin-Williams Company offers an accelerated Management & Sales Training Program in Ohio to prepare you for Store Management in 18–24 months, with a promote-from-within path. The program emphasizes leadership, sales, and operations in a real retail environment.

As a trainee you will support a multi-million-dollar store, work with management to grow market share, and progress to Assistant Store Manager upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must have at least a bachelor’s degree by the start of the program.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, a meets-expectations rating on the most recent appraisal.
• Completion of HR Cloud eLearning courses required for current position.

Responsabilités

• Complete training consistent with the program.
• Support strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build knowledge of all products for effective recommendations.
• Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention and security policies.
• Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Support employee training and performance management.
• Respond to customer and employee complaints.
• Partner with Store Manager for outside sales to grow market share.
