Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18-24 months, with promotion to Assistant Store Manager after the initial training. The program runs about 44 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

You will collaborate with store management to grow a million-dollar business and learn operations, sales, and marketing while serving large commercial customers.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a bachelor’s degree by start of program.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Complete training aligned with program standards.
• Support strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence.
• Build knowledge of all products to guide customer recommendations.
• Maintain store administration and merchandising standards.
• Respond to customer and employee inquiries and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on outside sales calls to grow market share.
