Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level development track designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18–24 months, with an opportunity to advance to Assistant Store Manager after the initial training.

You will work with store leadership to manage a million-dollar business, driving sales to large commercial users while learning all aspects of operations, client relations, and internal strategy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must have at least a bachelor’s degree by the start of the program.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an accelerated training program to prepare for Store Management.
• Collaborate with store management to oversee a million-dollar business and develop store strategy.
• Learn operations, client relations, sales, and internal processes across functions.
• Sell to large, commercial customers, including painting contractors and manufacturers.
• Support store administration and ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and security policies.
