Job summary

AutoZone’s Store Management team leads store performance and delivers WOW customer service while executing daily store operations. The MIT role is a transitional program to prepare you for promotion into Retail Store Management, with 8–12 weeks of structured training and hands-on assignments.

You will progress based on performance, with opportunities to manage inventory, merchandising, and sales strategies as you advance through the program.

Qualifications

• Bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English required.
• Proven leadership or supervisory capabilities in a retail setting.
• Experience in automotive retail or financial statement analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in leadership development and live AutoZone’s pledge to WOW customer service.
• Support store operations, policies, and training processes.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team.
