With hands‑on assignments and structured learning opportunities, you’ll progress through leadership training and real store responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Flexible schedule supporting mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a high-performing store team.
• Deliver WOW customer service and resolve concerns proactively.
• Manage monthly P&L statements to optimize profitability.
• Support store operations and adhere to structured training processes.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training to develop the team.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and merchandising strategies.
• Drive store performance through effective customer engagement.
• Complete management skills training and learn core store operations.
