Qualifications

• Minimum 1 Year: 1-2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Flexible Schedule: Full‑time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and deliver WOW! Customer Service while executing store operations.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training employees to develop a strong, successful team.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, store merchandising, and sales strategies to maximize profitability.
• Communicate clearly with employees and customers to drive store execution and performance.
• Manage monthly P&L statements to optimize store profitability and performance.
