• Communicate clearly with employees and customers to support store execution.
• Analyze and reconcile monthly P&L statements to optimize profitability.
• Support store operations, ensure policy compliance, and maintain structured training processes.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training to build a high‑performing team.
• Lead customer service initiatives and resolve concerns proactively.
