Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Assistant Manager Trainee Program is an accelerated, entry-level path designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18-24 months. You will train 6-8 weeks and progress to an Assistant Store Manager position after successful completion, advancing within a promote-from-within culture.

Schedule averages 44 hours weekly, with potential evenings/weekends. You will lead with store management to drive a million-dollar business, learning operations, client development, and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Complete training as part of the management trainee program.
• Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build and maintain knowledge of all products to provide effective recommendations.
• Cultivate relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Assist in store administration and visual merchandising.
