The Sherwin-Williams Assistant Manager Trainee Program is an accelerated, entry-level path designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18–24 months. With a promote-from-within approach, you can advance to an Assistant Store Manager after completing the initial 6–8 weeks of training.

The role typically runs a 44-hour week, including evenings and weekends. You will work with store management to oversee a million-dollar business and drive growth among large commercial customers, learning

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Must read/write/speak English; Spanish proficiency is required.

Responsabilités

• Complete training consistent with established program.
• Support strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service.
• Build knowledge of products to provide accurate recommendations.
• Maintain store condition and displays.
• Lead or assist in employee training and development.
• Partner with Store Manager for outside sales calls.
