You will help manage a million-dollar store, develop strategies to grow market share, and engage with commercial customers such as painting contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and legally eligible to work without sponsorship.
• Driver's license valid.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently (70 lbs occasionally).

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations and customer service.
• Support sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising, and inventory.
• Assist Store Manager with outside sales calls to expand market share.
