Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company operates an accelerated Management & Sales Training Program designed to prepare you for a Store Management role within 18-24 months. Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Bachelor's degree required by program start.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Complete training aligned with the program.
• Support strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Know all products to recommend effectively.
• Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration tasks.
• Comply with safety, loss prevention, and security policies.
• Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Support training, development and performance management.
• Address customer and employee complaints.
• Partner with Store Manager for outside sales calls.
