Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older at start of program.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Bachelor's degree by the start of the program.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Complete training consistent with established program.
• Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build and maintain product knowledge to recommend effectively.
• Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and security policies.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and merchandising standards.
• Support employee training, development, and performance actions.
• Respond to and resolve customer or employee complaints.
• Partner with Store Manager to make outside sales calls to increase market share.
