Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must have at least a bachelor's degree by start of program.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs frequently, 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Complete training consistent with the program.
• Support strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service.
• Build product knowledge to make effective recommendations.
• Maintain store operations, admin tasks, and displays.
• Ensure policy, safety, and loss-prevention compliance.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on outside sales to grow market share.
