Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking candidates for its Management & Sales Training Program, an accelerated, entry-level path to Store Management in 18–24 months. With our promote-from-within culture, you may advance to Assistant Store Manager after completing the 8-week training.

You will help oversee a million-dollar store operation, lead in sales, customer service, and merchandising, and build relationships with commercial clients while developing leadership, sales, and strategic skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must have at least a bachelor's degree by the start of the program.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store management to oversee a million-dollar business.
• Develop leadership, sales, and merchandising strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service and build wholesale/retail relationships.
• Participate in training and contribute to store administration and compliance.
