Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must have at least a bachelorachelors degree by the start of the program.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and retrieve materials from shelves as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete training consistent with established program.
• Support store strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build knowledge of all products to provide effective customer recommendations.
• Develop positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Assist with store administration, merchandising, safety, and procedures.
• Support employee training, development, and performance management.
• Respond to customer and coworker inquiries and resolve issues.
• Partner with Store Manager to make outside sales calls to increase market share.
