Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a bachelor's degree by the start of the program.
• Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Complete training consistent with the established program.
• Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build knowledge of all products to provide effective customer recommendations.
• Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Maintain store administration and ensure policy compliance.
• Keep store condition and merchandising standards including promotions.
• Assist in training, performance management, and corrective actions.
