Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid driver''s license.
• Must have at least a bachelor''s degree by start of program.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Support store management to oversee a million-dollar business.
• Learn operations, customers, and internal strategy through the program.
• Sell to painting contractors, purchasing agents, manufacturers, and other commercial users.
• Complete training consistent with the program and maintain store standards.
• Assist with outside sales calls to increase market share.
