Sherwin-Williams is offering an accelerated Management & Sales Training Program in the United States. Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must have at least a bachelor's degree by start of program.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Complete training aligned with the program.
• Support strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Assist with store administration and safety compliance.
• Partner with Store Manager for outside sales as needed.
