Job summary

Sherwin-Williams offers an accelerated Management & Sales Training Program designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18-24 months. You will progress toward an Assistant Store Manager position after the initial 8-week training, with exposure to large, commercial accounts and a focus on leadership and customer service.

The program includes 44 hours per week, with evenings/weekends possible, and a path to leadership in sales, marketing, finance, and operations as you advance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a bachelor's degree by the start of the program.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Complete training as part of the program.
• Support strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure excellent customer service and store experience.
• Build knowledge of products for effective recommendations.
• Develop relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Assist with store administration and safety compliance.
• Assist Store Manager with outside sales and market share growth.
