Job summary

ALDI in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to lead store operations and develop a high‑performing team. You will train across functions, manage staff, and drive results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Starting wage is $33.50 per hour with a potential first‑year earnings range of $99,500–$120,000 including bonus where applicable. This is a full-time position requiring up to 45 hours per week and relocation/travel within divisional requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail management experience.
• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel; communicate responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns with the district manager as needed.
• Interview candidates and make recommendations for advancement or termination.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures and safety standards.
