ALDI is seeking a Store Manager Trainee in Minneapolis, MN to lead daily store operations and develop teams in a fast-paced retail environment. You will manage staffing, merchandising, customer service, and store standards while learning to run a store end-to-end.

Position offers hands-on leadership, industry-leading training, and growth opportunities. The role starts at $33.50 per hour with a strong earning potential in Year 1, and requires the ability to work ~45 hours per week.

Qualifications
