ALDI in Baxter, MN is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to grow into a store leadership role. You will develop skills in operations, sales, and people management while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a positive work environment.

The program pays a starting wage of $29.50 per hour and offers competitive benefits. You will train across locations, collaborate with district leaders, and contribute to achieving store KPIs and budgets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within divisional requirements.

Responsabilités

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports and leads store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans using company resources to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel including advancement and termination decisions as appropriate.
