Job summary

ALDI in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to lead daily store operations and develop teams for a future store management role. You will participate in hands-on leadership, merchandising, customer service, and compliance within a fast-paced retail setting.

The program offers industry-leading training, opportunities for growth, and a starting wage of $33.50/hour with a potential annual earnings of $99,500–$120,000 including eligible bonus.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old required.
• Prior retail experience and management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to travel within divisional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel; communicate expectations to direct reports.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns with the district manager.
• Interviews candidates and recommends for advancement to the district manager.
• Manage schedules, staffing, and store budgets while ensuring policy compliance.
