Qualifications

• Must have leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach and develop team members.
• Prior retail environment experience and prior management experience are preferred.
• Ability to manage store operations and execute company policies.

• Plan and execute weekly schedules and staffing.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and safety regulations.
