Starting wage is $29.50 per hour, with an estimated first-year earnings potential of $86,000–$106,500 including salary and bonus where applicable. You will travel within divisional requirements and develop teams to drive results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail environment and management preferred.
• Leadership experience within retail is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and supervise the team to achieve KPIs.
• Develop action plans to improve store results using company resources.
• Oversee customer service and employee relations; resolve concerns with the district manager as needed.
• Plan and conduct store team and management meetings to communicate goals and updates.
• Ensure compliance with policies, schedules, and cash handling procedures.
