Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail and management roles.

Responsibilities

• Directs store personnel and develops the team to achieve KPIs and budgets.
• Communicates performance expectations and roles to staff.
• Develops action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees issue resolution with customers and employees per district guidance.
• Plans and conducts team and management meetings.
