Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is seeking candidates for its Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati, offering six months of hands-on training, relocation support, and real responsibility early in your career.

You’ll build a book of business, earn base salary, a sign-on bonus, and a housing allowance, with uncapped commissions and clear opportunities for advancement across 65+ offices nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
• Build your book of business and meet sales metrics for commission eligibility
• Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
