Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is seeking candidates for its Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati. Recent graduates and high-potential professionals will relocate to train with top brokers, gain hands-on experience, intensive coaching and real responsibility early in their careers.

The program offers base salary, a sign-on bonus, housing allowance, and uncapped commissions with six-figure earnings potential within three years. You’ll build a book of business and may relocate nationwide as you advance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and use training to meet sales metrics for commissions.
• Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
