Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel; communicates expectations.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel and determines advancement/termination as appropriate.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures and safety regulations.
