Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Site Manager to lead a local team of Shift Leaders and Field Operations Associates, overseeing facility operations and a network of independent Driver Partners.

You will be accountable for delivering a superior customer experience by executing efficient operations and driving improvements in safety, quality, and performance. The role requires adaptability, strong communication, and a bias for action in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fast-paced environments with team leadership.
• Experience leading a blended workforce (W2 and 1099).
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Availability during peak hours and weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct facility operations including deliveries, inventory, and equipment.
• Drive KPI improvements such as order times, dwell time, drive time, and cost per order.
• Train and coach associates to work safely and follow processes.
• Ensure budgeted productivity and expenses are met.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations for the warehouse.
• Develop action plans to improve performance and lead the management team.
• Improve safety, culture, and financial performance of the site.
