Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a Parts Coordinator to ensure a seamless customer experience by ordering, receiving and tracking auto body parts for repair orders.

You will verify parts quality, work with vendors, and manage MIS invoices while aligning with the production schedule and vehicle needs. A strong service mindset and organization are essential for success in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3+ years in automotive parts with customer service experience preferred.
• I-Car registration in progress (Gold Class goal) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, store, dispatch, and return parts for repair orders.
• Verify accuracy and quality of parts to meet production schedules.
• Communicate customer requests to team members and vendors.
• Enter invoices into the MIS and track parts with RO numbers.
• Monitor parts pricing changes and ensure stock availability for repairs.
• Support vendors to ensure timely distribution to shop.
