Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to execute planograms, signage updates, price changes, and merchandise assembly in-store while delivering legendary customer service. You will interact with customers and team members to fulfill tasks efficiently and accurately.

As part of the FAST program, you’ll coordinate with a District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations, ensure timely completion of tasks, and follow safety practices.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations about work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Greet the Customer, uncover needs, recommend products, and ask for the sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Team Members may be assigned other duties as needed.
