Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in-store, owning and completing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes. You will support merchandise and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

The role requires reliability, flexibility, and strong communication with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations. Prior retail or merchandising experience is valued, with safety and teamwork emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and promptly.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment adhering to safety guidelines.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA method: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.
