Job summary

Tractor Supply Co. is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team. You will own and execute planograms, signage, price changes and assist with merchandise and fixture assembly, while ensuring legendary customer service in-store.

You'll interact with customers and team members, maintain planogram integrity, perform store tasks across shifts, and promote safety in a busy retail environment. Excellent communication skills are a must.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Maintain planogram integrity and recovery.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA method.
