Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is hiring a FAST Team Member to work primarily in one store, handling planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will support other tasks while delivering legendary customer service and maintaining store signage.

The role requires retail/merchandising experience, ability to read/write/count, and a customer-focused attitude. Shifts vary and may exceed 4–10 hours depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Retail/merchandising experience required.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills preferred.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently are valued.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service while in stores using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the sale.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
