Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly in-store. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service and adhering to safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes reliability, flexible shifts, and proactive communication with store leadership to solve issues and improve store presentation on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Maintain planogram integrity and recovery.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA method.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Other duties as assigned by supervision.
