Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly. You will provide legendary customer service, interact with customers and team members, and help maintain signage and displays across shifts.

As a FAST Team Member, you must be available, flexible and service-oriented, with strong communication to district leadership and store operations.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service to customers in-store.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor on progress and issues.
