Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store, owning start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise fixtures while delivering legendary customer service.

You will work with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations, perform planogram resets, maintain visual standards, assist with price changes, signage, and provide a safe, productive environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail/merchandising experience preferred.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately regardless of education level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts as needed by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform planogram measurements and store layout initiatives.
• Execute price changes and update store signage.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures; recover and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment; follow safety guidelines.
