Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in a single store, handling start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, and price changes while assisting with merchandising and fixture assembly.

You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary service, adhere to safety guidelines, and support district supervisors and store operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-directed with ability to complete assignments independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store price changes and update signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Maintain regular attendance and adapt to varying shifts.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework.
• Coordinate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
