Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to operate in-store tasks from start to finish, including planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly, while delivering legendary customer service.

You’ll work shifts as needed, handle planogram resets, price updates, signage upkeep, and merchandise assembly, with emphasis on safety and teamwork in a friendly retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail/merchandising experience preferred.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and basic counting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store price changes and signage maintenance.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA guidelines.
• Work shifts as dictated by business needs.
